Every winter, mimosa adds a touch of sparkle to the French Riviera and warms our hearts. With its dazzling flowers and delicate scent, this flower announces the arrival of a sunny winter, as we’re used to seeing in our beautiful region.

2. Truffe en fête

The place to be for foodies

Delve into the very heart of the terroir with Truffe en Fête, a gourmet market that celebrates authentic flavours in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Come and meet the numerous passionate exhibitors at the Neuve & Vieille squares in the centre of the village of Grimaud. They will put their exceptional products on display and their culinary delights will make your mouth water as you enjoy the wide range of entertainment over this weekend of festivities.

From the Soirées Musicales classical music concerts (February to November, excluding the summer), to theatre productions (October to April), and the Organic trade fair (March), you won’t be disappointed if you’re looking to make new musical or cultural discoveries!

As you wander around Grimaud, you’ll come across surprising artworks that enhance heritage sites and tell a story.

8. Christmas in Grimaud

With winter comes Christmas festivities!

From the first Friday in December, the Fête de la Lumière lights up Grimaud, up until the Christmas festivities with the traditional fireworks’ display up over the Château de Grimaud. Twinkling lights line the streets, creating a magical atmosphere that amazes people of all ages.

9. It’s raining!

Even when it’s raining, there’s plenty to do and something for everyone in Grimaud and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. You could go bowling, visit a museum, relax at a spa, explore the media library or go and watch a film at the cinema.

To really experience the local heritage, the mobile application ‘Archistoire’ provides augmented reality tours, such as ‘the journey of water to the village of Grimaud’ or ‘the construction of Port Grimaud’.
