Art in Grimaud

Art and culture play an important role in Grimaud. Where is the loveliest place to enjoy an exhibition: in the village or at the Maison des Arcades?

Life-size art

The Monumental Exhibition

Every year between May and October, Grimaud, a village in Var, welcomes sculptures by artists who are then exhibited in the four corners of the village.

This touch of modernity brings out the ancient character of Grimaud and shows how important culture is to the village.

The Maison des Arcades

Throughout the year, the Culture and Heritage department of the city of Grimaud organises exhibitions in the heart of the Maison des Arcades. A place resolutely focused on culture, it is a question of offering visitors art in all its forms: painting, sculpture, photography, collections, and showcasing local artists.
