The Association was set up by Blanche-Monique Pontet in 1996 to showcase artists from all over the world in a rich and varied exhibition. Passionate about art in all its forms, and a painter herself, it was important to Blanche-Monique Pontet that it be represented at this annual event.
In this mythical place steeped in history that is Saint-Tropez.
The 1st exhibition in 1996 featured the painter Mochida Toutsmi, a member of the "BIJUTSU SINGHIKAI" association in Kobe, Japan.
