A true green oasis, the estate features a 1.3-hectare lake and overlooks the Bay of Saint-Tropez. It is located about 2 km from the shops in Port Grimaud, 2.5 km from a public sandy beach, 5 km from the village of Grimaud, and just 8 km from Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.
