  • Created in 1991, the cannery highlights the provincial products: fish soup, "bouillabaisse", mussels soup, "ratatouille", "tapenade", "anchoïade", "rouille", "aioli", sea urchin coral, candied figs, candied truffles, tomato sauces, "pesto"...

    An hour free and guided tours in the workshop : from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm during all year long (tours groups from 8 people on - interactive and harmony between dishes and wines around the "terroir" of Provence)
