Château Saint-Maur

Owned by Roger Zannier since 2011, the estate has a hundred hectares of vines located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Passionate about wine, he has made a renowned vineyard prosper on this Provençal terroir, whose wines are now gourmet cuvées. A successful bet because today, Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé wines are synonymous with excellence and the art of living.
Château Saint-Maur offers several activities, including:
wine tasting, art exhibition, musical evenings with food truck and live bands or DJs, guided tours, digital tours.


Four formulas of guided tours and tastings are offered at the estate:
- Group and commented visit of the cellar with a tasting of 3 wines, for 45 minutes at 18.00€ per person.


- Wine Luxury Experience: private visit of the modern facilities and discovery of the secrets of winemaking, ending with a tasting of 4 wines accompanied by a plate of charcuterie and cheese. It is proposed at 30.00€ per person and lasts 1 hour.


- Workshop 'From the vine to the glass': private visit and introduction to tasting a selection of 6 wines with sensory exercises using the aromas of the nose of the wine. This formula is offered at €50 per person and lasts 2 hours.


- Journey of the senses: pairing red wines, port and chocolates. Private tasting of a selection of 5 wines paired with Puyricard chocolates and accompanied by oenological support. It is offered at €25 per person and lasts 45 minutes.


These services are by reservation only, subject to availability.


The Wine Digital Experience suggests exploring the vineyard independently and discovering the estate in a fun way on the Explorama application, specialized in the discovery of territory and “nature moments”.


Two digital paths are offered:
- ‘L’instant Château Saint-Maur’: digital journey consisting of 4 missions and tasting of 2 wines for a total duration of 30 minutes, at €8.00 per person.
- ‘Journey to the heart of Château Saint-Maur’: digital journey consisting of 7 missions and tasting of 4 wines for a period of one hour, at €14.00 per person.
They are available in French and English, without reservation and during our opening hours, from the store.
