Bagatelle invites you to a true sensory experience where the good meets the beautiful, thanks to a menu newly created by Bagatelle's Corporate Executive Chef, Rocco Seminara, and interpreted by Chef Bilal Amrani.
Seasonal and regional products are given pride of place and transformed with precision around typically Mediterranean flavours, between land and sea: ceviche of sea bream marinated in eucalyptus oil and garnished with finely grated bottarga or organic free-range chicken with tarragon cooked in a salt crust with Provencal herbs... This generous and refined cuisine is no less gourmet.
Prepared in a spirit of conviviality, the dishes can be shared and enjoyed with friends or family at any time of the day. They are accompanied by a wine list from the region's wine estates, with vintages and grands crus that will appeal to wine lovers.
