Every third weekend in October, vineyards with the Vignobles & Découvertes label open their doors for a unique event in France: Vignobles en Scène. It is an invitation to explore the world of wine in a different way, through unique experiences.
Let yourself be carried away by a sensory experience at Château Saint-Maur: free tastings, awakening of the senses, wine bar and gourmet platters in the heart of the vineyard.
Exclusive tour: ‘Discovering aromas’
On this occasion, Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé invites you to discover a sensory and olfactory tour* specially designed for this event. For around 45 minutes*, our teams will take you on a journey through the secrets of our terroir and our wines.
. Walk outside and through the vineyards to discover the history of the estate, our terroir and the aromas of the wine.
. Visit the press room and vat room to discover the winemaking process and fermentation aromas
. Visit the barrel cellar to discover the aromatic influence of ageing.
. Commentated tasting of two iconic Cru Classé vintages from Château Saint-Maur.
. Thanks to Le Nez du Vin aroma vials, let yourself be guided on this sensory journey, punctuated by the expertise of our teams.
