Since its creation in 1955, Club 55 has always acted with respect for the place and its inhabitants, and more generally, with a strong commitment to respecting nature.
We don't have a "green attitude"; it's a philosophy of life, an ethic.
That's why we've always favored local suppliers and products.
For over twenty years, with our Domaine des Bouis in Ramatuelle, we have been producing organic wine, olive oil, vegetables and fruit for our restaurant.
For over 10 years, we've been supplementing our market gardening and wine production with our Domaine de la Mole farm, and since last year with Domaine de Piecrso in Brue-Auriac, we've been completing our production of oil, market gardening and also cattle breeding and ancient cereals.
