It has private parking in front of the house, a terrace and a shaded garden enclosed by a gate. Its location in the centre of the estate, just below the main pool area, is appreciated by all.

The house offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master bedroom with TV, bathroom, dressing room and balcony, both with views of the garden and as far as Saint-Tropez, a living room with TV opening onto the terrace and garden, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, ...), and a separate toilet on each floor.

You will also benefit from free WiFi, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and an outdoor plancha grill to complement the table and garden furniture.
