Every year since 1974, Galerie Afrique has presented a themed exhibition of ancient art from sub-Saharan Africa.

Exhibition theme 2026 - DOGON
This year's **DOGON** exhibition celebrates the formal power and spiritual depth of the art of Mali's Dogon people.
Major works of statuary, emblematic masks and various ritual objects will be on display, testifying to the symbolic richness and sacred dimension of this artistic tradition.
These pieces reveal a universe where every form, every material and every patina bears the trace of the sacred, of founding myths and initiatory rites. The sobriety of the lines, the tension of the volumes and the expressive force of the figures give this ensemble a presence that is both mysterious and timeless.
This exhibition offers an immersion in Dogon aesthetics, where art and the spiritual are one.
Since 1974, Galerie Afrique has been a major player in the promotion and discovery of ancient art from sub-Saharan Africa.
Every summer (July & August), a thematic exhibition is held in the old village, providing a unique opportunity to discover one facet of Africa's artistic wealth.
In the boutique, Rosemarie's one-of-a-kind creations of African-inspired jewelry sit side by side with a wide selection of antique ethnographic objects: fabrics, chairs and everyday objects.
