Personal data protection
The Municipal Tourist and Cultural Office of Grimaud, in collaboration with its technical partners Proximit, Apidae, Weezevent and Raccourci Agency, is committed to taking all reasonable measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data, and particularly, to prevent it from being damaged, erased, or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
Furthermore, in the event of a security incident affecting your personal data (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure) or any data breach, the OMTAC undertakes to comply with the legal obligation to report such breaches, notably to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
In accordance with Article 27 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on 25 May 2018, if you identify any data processing activities that may violate your personal data rights, including your rights of access, modification, rectification or erasure, you may report them to the Data Protection Officer by sending a message to: dpd@grimaud-provence.com
