    - Dominique A & Lou et Mahut
Author, composer, performer and a key figure in French chanson, Dominique A is renowned for the quality of his lyrics, compositions and arrangements, for his stage presence, and for the gentle timbre of his voice that makes his songs instantly recognizable. After a career spanning thirty years, he has never stopped reinventing himself, tirelessly traveling the roads: now he's discovered that he's a poet, and it's only natural.
"Poetic writing is a solitary act, but to interpret it on stage, there's nothing like being in good company: so I called on two musician friends, whose work and personality I like just as much, singer Lou, author of intimate albums of the highest calibre, produced with Mahut, percussionist for Barbara, Higelin and Lavilliers among many others, but also an outstanding sound director. On stage, our two voices, Lou's and mine, alternate to read most of the poems in the collection, while Mahut and I improvise musically, he on electronic effects and percussion and I on guitar". Dominique.
The texts in his collection "Le présent impossible" reflect his taste for landscapes and contemplation, his irony and gentleness, and his lucid view of our times. A wordsmith, Dominique A captures fleeting moments before they fade away. His texts are illustrated by Edmond Baudoin, a leading figure in contemporary comics.

    - Suzanne Fowke (part 1)
Suzanne Rault-Balet, known as Fowke when she performs on stage, is a versatile and poetic artist. An actress, photographer and author, her hybrid collections (Des Frelons dans le cœur, published in 2020 by L'Iconopop, and Sans tristesse aucune, published by Éditions du Castor Astral) are a blend of poems, punch-lines and film photographs. And it's on stage that Suzanne Fowke reveals herself, delivering a performance that blends her talents as author, composer and performer. Her organic, instinctive musical universe dresses up her lyrics with electric guitar, bass, bass clarinet, cello and piano. With her deep voice, she proclaims, sings and challenges the city and its times, shaking up and questioning bodies, hearts and desires, and painting a sensitive portrait of ultra-modern solitude. She holds up a mirror. Look, listen, at the risk of seeing and hearing yourself.
Suzanne spent part of her middle and high school years in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Today, she lives between Marseille and Paris.
