Le Club 55

Since its creation in 1955, Club 55 has always acted with respect for the place and its inhabitants, with more generally a very strong commitment to respect for nature.
We don't have a "green attitude"; it is a philosophy of life, an ethic.
We have always favored local suppliers and products.
For more than fifteen years, with our Domaine des Bouis in Ramatuelle, we have been producing organically, for our restaurant, wines, olive oil, vegetables and fruit.
For 6 years, we have been supplementing our market gardening production with our farm at Château de la Mole.
A very large part of the products we use are AB certified.
Many dishes at Club 55 are animal protein free.
We are a member of ENERCOOP, an electricity supply cooperative which guarantees that we exclusively supply electricity from 100% renewable energies.
The installation of photovoltaic panels on our buildings (approximately 350 m²) advantageously complements this device.
We have 2 electric vehicles and our car park is equipped with recharging stations for electric vehicles.
All of our organic waste is used to feed our farm animals and make compost to enrich our vegetable gardens.
The other waste is, of course, sorted and recycled by institutional circuits.
We recommend that our suppliers reduce their packaging.
We are equipped with low consumption electric bulbs.
To complete these commitments, we also have powerful actions to support associations: "1001 Fontaines" which sets up water purification workshops in poor countries without access to drinking water and the association "Plastic ocean ”by our Club 55 rosé reserve, and whose slogan is“ 1 bottle of rosé drunk, 100 plastic bottles less in the sea ”.
All of these actions are supported by other smaller actions that it would be too long to list.
